be nice. is an evidence-based,
K-12 systematic approach to behavioral and mental health education and awareness.

Formerly known as be nice. Extension, the be nice. Classroom Series is an evidence-informed curriculum designed to equip students with the be nice. Action Plan notice, invite, challenge and empower. With five available lessons, instructors will implement a series that increases students’ knowledge of signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, media and mental health, self-harm and suicide. In addition, the curriculum empowers students with practical tools and strategies to build resilience, and support their own mental health

The program is FREE to the first 25 schools for the 2026–27 and 2027–28 school years.
